The location is excellent, right beside a mall with friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. Free filtered water is available, and room requests were met promptly!

We took a twin room and it had a private safe, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels...

The view was particularly nice, the service was very good. I enjoyed the double room. Very friendly and professional staff as I wanted. The hotel's location was reasonably priced, willing to take public transport with shopping malls and a big shopping mall within walking distance.

I experienced several issues . The WiFi was weak, frustrating. The air conditioning was noisy at night, disrupting my sleep. Despite my requests, the staff seemed slow to address these concerns.

Extremely convenient and well priced accommodation with magnificent setting right by the center as well as shops/facilities. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. Nice view. Very good overall experience.

The room shows signs of age and requires a serious update. Cleanliness is lacking, especially around the wash basin. After one night, I dealt with bed bug bites and had to demand better cleaning. The air conditioning doesn't hold up well, failing to keep the room adequately cooled. Wi-Fi connection is spotty, resulting in frustrating interruptions, and the bathroom door alignment poses a problem as it won't lock when you need it to. The limited nearby dining options mainly consist of fast food joints, a letdown.
